Steps :

The registration fee for job placement services offered by GeNX-Jobs shall be divided into two components:

• Initial Registration Fee: An initial amount of ₹177 (Rupees One Hundred Seventy-Seven only)[incl.GST] shall be payable at the time of registration. This amount is intended to facilitate the commencement of the job search process on behalf of the candidate.
• Second Installment of Registration Fee: The second installment shall become payable only upon identification of a suitable job opportunity, prior to scheduling the candidate's first interview. The amount of the second installment shall be determined based on the candidate’s stated salary expectation, as follows:
  • ₹236 (Rupees Two Hundred Thirty-Six only) for candidates with a salary expectation of ₹12,000 or below.
  • ₹590 (Rupees Five Hundred Ninety only) for candidates with a salary expectation between ₹12,001 and ₹20,000
  • ₹944 (Rupees Nine Hundred Forty-Four only) for candidates with a salary expectation above ₹20,000.

While getting job offers and applying through GenX panel will remain a life time scope, norms related to interview may get expired upon t&c breach. Hence, it is advisable to understand the interview t&c before paying the rest of the part of the registration fee scheduled to be paid on or before first interview.

A consultancy fee equivalent to 15 days of your finalized salary—as negotiated and agreed upon with the employer—is applicable upon successful placement. This fee is payable on the 10th day of the month following your joining, subject to a minimum calendar gap of 15 days between your joining date and the due date. In certain cases, the consultancy fee may be collected directly through the employer, who may deduct the amount from your salary. By proceeding with the placement process, you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement as part of the overall terms of engagement.
