2. SEF-J Process :
GeNX's SEF-J offers a transparent and risk-free interview process for job seekers. The entire process complete on or before 30 days only from the start of the process.
- Step 1: Candidates begin by paying SEF-J fee in advance to initiate the process.
- Step 2: Upon payment, they receive a confirmed interview call with a suitable employer.
- Step 3: If the candidate is selected on the 1st attempt,
he/she moves forward with the job opportunity. - Step 4: However, if the company does not select the candidate, GeNX team offers 2nd interview oppertunity. - If the candidate is selected on the 2nd attempt,
he/she moves forward with the job opportunity. - Step 5: However, if the company does not select the candidate, GeNX team offers 3rd interview oppertunity. - If the candidate is selected on the 3rd attempt,
he/she moves forward with the job opportunity. - Step 6: However, if the company does not select the candidate even in the 3rd attempt, the entire SEF-J fee is refunded excluding GST
