Fee Policy

No Entry Fee. Creating your GeNX ID is completely FREE.

A One-Time Registration Fee of ₹100 shall become payable only before your first interview is scheduled through GeNX. No payment is required today.

If GeNX successfully assists you in securing employment, a Consultancy Fee equivalent to 15 days of your first month's gross salary shall become payable on your first salary date.

For your convenience, you authorize GeNX Jobs to coordinate with your employer for deduction and remittance of the Consultancy Fee from your first salary, wherever such facility is available.

No Consultancy Fee shall be payable by candidates placed with Sponsored Employers. GeNX will inform you before your interview if the employer is covered under this category.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Attend confirmed interviews on time.
• Inform GeNX if you are unable to attend.
• Inform GeNX after every interview.
• Inform GeNX immediately after receiving an offer.
• Inform GeNX on your joining date.

Candidate Reliability

Repeated interview no-shows, false information or failure to cooperate with the recruitment process may affect future opportunities through GeNX.

Referral Disclaimer

If you have been introduced or referred to GeNX Jobs by any individual, organization, training institute, college, placement agency, consultant, referral partner or any other third party, GeNX Jobs acts solely as an independent recruitment platform.

Any financial arrangement, commission, service fee, promise, commitment, understanding or dispute between you and such referrer shall remain exclusively between you and the referrer.

GeNX Jobs shall not be responsible or liable for any payment, refund, commission, service charge, promise, claim, dispute or obligation arising out of such separate arrangements.

Your registration with GeNX Jobs does not create, recognise or validate any rights or claims of any third party over your employment or career opportunities unless GeNX has separately agreed to such arrangement in writing.
