GeNX blends the traditional pricing model with a modern, result-oriented approach. Traditionally, candidates paid the full registration fee before getting a job and the consultancy fee after placement. GeNX changes this by splitting the registration fee into two parts—one before the job process (Registration) begins and the other upon the first interview—ensuring (Subscription) sustained service.
The consultancy fee is collected only after the candidate receives their first salary. This reflects GeNX’s belief in valuing results over mere efforts, creating a fair, performance-based structure that reduces upfront financial burden and builds greater trust.

After successfully securing a job through our platform, your registration can be renewed at the same applicable rate, keeping you eligible for future interview opportunities as your career progresses.

GeNX Consultancy Fee is a success-based payment model, ensuring fairness and value for GeNXians. It is equivalent to 15 days of the salary negotiated between the candidate and the employer, plus applicable GST. This fee is payable only on the first salary date, making it risk-free until successful employment is secured. Before attending an interview, GeNXians authenticate an agreement confirming these terms, ensuring transparency for both parties.
The key benefit is that candidates pay only after they start earning, eliminating upfront financial burden. This structure motivates GeNX to focus on quality placements, while providing GeNXians with confidence, financial ease, and a guaranteed professional opportunity aligned with their negotiated pay scale.
